The gorgeous H Family!

Down by the river in Warrandyte is one of my favourite locations for family shoots! Whether it's summer or winter it's always a great backdrop to photos, and there are plenty of different spots to choose from. I am still playing catch up on lots of portraits I haven't gotten around to posting yet so here's one of my favourites from late last year ...

Poppy and Gus at Four Months!

Many of my clients have been asking about Poppy and Gus so thought I would upload a more recent photo of them! They are doing really well and are all smiles now :)

Chantal & Emile

Another great day with so many fantastic shots I couldn't decide which ones to leave out, so here's a heap to look through. Chantal looked like an absolute princess in her dress and these guys made my day with two awesome modes of transport - a gorgeous horse and cart, and a rockin' pink cadillac! Along with a stunning venue - Carousel on Albert Park Lake - I was like a kid in a candy shop behind the camera!

Mr Cool

Introducing Archie, one of the coolest (and cutest) little men around! We got these shots in under 15 minutes - proof that you don't need hours to get great photos!

Poppy & Gus!

Let me introduce to everyone the two new gorgeous additions to our family, Poppy & Gus! They entered the world on 21/5/09 and have been keeping me very busy ever since, but although twins might be double the work they are also double the fun! They are already three months old and giving us plenty of giggles and smiles which has made all the sleepless nights worthwhile :)

Lots of people have been asking for photos so I shall try and put up more over time, however for now I need to catch up on all the weddings and portraits I am behind on blogging so stay tuned for lots of posts over the next few months ...

Fi Mims on maternity leave

I thought this fun shoot was a lovely post to finish on before I go on maternity leave. Yes, for the next few months I'll be taking a break from shooting to look after a hopefully very well behaved set of twins - yes twins, a boy and girl! - which are due to arrive into my life in 10 days. (I have been madly trying to finish up as many jobs as possible over the last couple of months, thus the lack of recent posts, many apologies!). But stay tuned as I will hopefully have time to blog a few shots in between all the feeding and cleaning I'll be doing.

Thanks to everyone who has sent me lovely messages and well wishes over recent months. I will still be checking my email and phone messages on a weekly basis while I'm on leave so please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have an enquiry or for any other reason, I will respond to you!
